Hi Pappy,
I just repaired a BH TR550 and used the schematic from an 840. It isn't exact but it is close. The 840 schematic can be obtained at the Geotech forum, mentioned earlier. Also, I have what is supposed to be the schematic of the 550, but it isn't accurate either.
