ws-5 vs. other headphones sound quality

getting my deus on friday my old one i had ws-4 and vance headphones with the new one i got ws-5 are these headphones any good …. or am i going to be kicking myself for not getting the ws-4 and derf. headphones..i have the ws-4 headphones but not the headphone control box… just wanted to try the ws5 i hope i didn't screw myself again you know i thought the ws5 where just like the 4's and the control box came off thinking i'd just get derf phones and have both but after looking i see the control box does not come off like the 4"s dang it.. u guys and gals who use the 5's are they ok …i'm looking for if the sound quality is good .. the vance ones i had where good but hurt my head ears.. are the 5's equal to grey ghost… vance… etc… or is this some selling point to sell there headphones…. i've herd all the hipe about vance…GG… i'm sure i'll find out on sat.. morning but just wanted the bull pins word …..

I went to Deus bootcamp last Saturday, and the people there were not thrilled with the WS5... ear cushions come off, don't fit well etc. IMO, you should try them, and if they are not to your liking after the first hunt, see if your dealer or XP will swap them for you. I have heard of this happening, that is why I mentioned it.

I use WS4, and like them.

Yeah I posted on the Deus forum about earpads being loose and I lost one in the woods. I did get a replacement set. Ed at Treasure Mountain was very good at getting them to me. The sound quality is not an issue with me.
