Am I wrong or nice? My folks are out of the country on vacation when I was feeding dog today I saw new messages on their machine. While listening to make sure nothing happened to them(they're in Irsael) I heard a long message about a party that was obviously was a wrong number. After listening to the message I thought I should call to say she had the wrong number. At first her husband was a little hostile when I called but after explaining about the wrong number and it might be important he just laughed and asked if I was coming. I laughed back and told him I would love to(it's a 4 hour cruise on a large boat around manhatten). I think I was just being nice to let her know so she could call the right people.

I think I might take the gentleman up on his offer!
Least you can do for being honest, then he still invites you.

You're very nice. I'm far too lazy to have made such an effort. In the '80s Joe Montana (Quarterback SF Forty Niners) once left a wrong number message with his phone # on my machine and I didn't bother to call him back.

I think it was very nice! Funny that the lady's husband was a little leery at first.

But I'd probably think so as I've returned calls to a doctor's office, to tell them that they left a message with the wrong number. What if it was important, y'know?

Oh, I once got a message from some very angry woman, I don't know what the deal was, but I did return that call, just to suggest that she check her numbers as both my husband and I were home the night she was mad about. Got cussed out then, too. People!

I still think ya did good :D

Nan

MY favorite thing to do is "OH MY GOD,YOU HAVEN'T HEARD" then hang up ;D
