Well today I used my exterra 305 for the first time today. I hit a field that I hit many of times using a bounty hunter. Man, what a difference. I got 1 ring( don't know what it is yet) and got a high 40 on my display and walah, SILVER. Got some quarters nickels dimes and pennies. Happy hunting

Hey man, I started out with a 305, it's arguably the best for the money/starter detector out there. Slap a DD coil on there for more depth and ground coverage! Make sure you ground balance it every time and with practice you'll be able to run it at full sensitivity and pull deeper targets!
