Looks like it was Cut off on Purpose.
Perhaps to add a Light.

all I can find for sure, is it's a Buffalo Brewing Company (Sacramento, CA.) bottle looked something like this. I Believe they can be Dated by Shade.

Great color on it. Smooth the bottom out and make a window bottle out of it.
 

$30-50 bottle depending on condition, looks like it had liquid in the bottom that froze at one time and cracked the base off....
 

Still would display nice could put it in a base of some sort. Pretty cool. Tommy
