like the guy above me said if its that blurry thousands i collect bills like that with errors ill fly to you and buy that for 250,000.

You would have a hard time buying it from me at any price as it is not mine..it was a picture copied off of ebay, a friend was selling it. Trust me if I were selling something like that you would see a lot better picture. Still in my oppinion I can see what the error is for the most part and wanted someone with some real knowlege of bill errors to give it a guess.

Nice error. It's hard to judge the condition which is very important. The serial number also matters a little.

I'd guess in the low hundreds at least. Errors are popular and very collectible. Ebay is good place to sell it quickly and at a profit.

If it sells, let us know how much.

Oh and a hint: It's easier to scan the bills sometimes rather than photograph them.
