Found a reference that it was $13.99 a month in 2013. They also started a reseller program in Jan 2016 that can lower your cost.

It's like sign up for free trial and then see the cost of the subscription. Sort of like an expensive restaurant that just posts the menu without prices outside and then you go in and find out a cup of soup is $13.99
