These are from an old FD Sony 2.1MP in macro mode. I know there are cheap macro cameras out there but is it worth spending the money?

Yours looks like it does just fine for those pics. Good detail in the macro mode on that one.

Hey, if it does what it's supposed to do, on a regular basis (which yours seems to be doing) - why spend the money for another?

(I buy cameras like water, so you cannot go by my habits, but, if yours is doing all you want of it, stay with it).

Great pictures!!!!

Hey thanks all, Guess i'll stick the money in the dirty sock. My only downfall would be if i couldnt find any floppy disks lol.

No problem. They have a couple of external things you can buy to convert them or adapt them.

One is like the insert we used to use to convert an 8 track to a cassette player, the other is a plug-in to your computer.

Where there's a will, there's a way!

Buy a new one.

Digital cameras get better every week-and-a-half so you're likely to notice the improvement.

That seems to take good shots, so why get another camera? How many megapixels does that camera have?
