WooHoo! firsrt jewlery, ring and old coin in one day!

Found my first ring today and also found a pendant, both look silver. Also found a 1941 nickle and 94 cents in change. Found the ring next to a sidewalk and the pendant next to the curb between the curb and the sidewalk. Fouund the GM key on the playground as well as? a ton of tabs and pencil erasers.all the change except a few pennies were found on a? school playground. I detected this school today thats it. Went around the perimiter (about 1/8th of it) and went and done the playground.? also (not pictured) is a VERY large horseshoe also found in between the curb and sidewalk.? (the kind you play horseshoes with, not a real HORSEshoe). has some writing on it but I havent cleaned it up yet. The '41 nicle was found at about 10" the shoe about 3" the ring about 4" and the pendant about 2". Also found the hood to a hotwheel car part of a large brass lock (new) some buttons and snaps and thats about it. so far, my best day detecting scince I got my detector about 1 month ago.

I know what you mean, I would most liekly have more than what I got but have been snowed in most of the time I had my detector. there was still now on the ground but the ground wasnt too frozen so it was easy diggin

they should make it a law that if a students pencil leaves the classroom he should get 1-2 years in juevinile hall. that would put a stop to those pencil heads

Good job! I had similar results yesterday, but the pendant I found was some kind of plated palstic, otherwise it was almost identical. Found mine on a little league field where they are tearing up sod for a new fence line. It's all treasure to me. Keep it up! Spotz
