I'm thinking - Fiji
At first I thought the shape was like a Ray of some sort; then with the oval shape up top, I see a 'sucker fish', a remora
(which I have happened to meet, in a scary incident about 45 years ago)
For all I know this might be African, but my gut feel is Pacific.

I think it has that 'Ancient Astronaut" quality about it. Possibly early Martian.....
