all I can make out is Tamworth Which may Refer to New South Wales
Tamworth is a city in the New England region of New South Wales, Australia
and I believe the date 1913 is there.

Sorry ! considering the dug condition, unless it is extremely Rare and Sought after ,
I would guess it's Value to anyone other then the Finder would be doubtful.

[FONT=open_sans]PREPARATIONS had been going on for months – and at 8am on a sunny July morning in 1913 the bells of St Editha's Parish Church pealed out to announce to everyone that celebrations were due to start.[/FONT][FONT=open_sans]The town was dressed up to the nines with bunting and flags, and everyone's attention was directed towards the great fortress that had stood guard over our town since ancient times.[/FONT]
[FONT=open_sans]Commemorative medallions had been struck and souvenir books printed for a once-in-a-lifetime celebratory event to mark the Millenary of Tamworth Castle.[/FONT]
