It looks like it came off a printing block in my opinion. Can you tell if the style of clothing is old?

The style does look old, but I can't seem to get a better picture of it... I'll post a rubbing or a better scan of it in a few minutes

Could be paper dolls, but she is dressed for what looks like rainy weather
a new scan and then an inverse if that helps

Just a suggestion....

Try dusting it lightlly with baby powder, flour or corn starch. It will bring out a lot of the detail.
