Rogers produced a vast amount of silver plated tableware, and under a variety of names and makings.

I found this Wm. A. Rogers plated fork with a defined PAT FEB 78.01.
I do not know if this was supposed to be FEB 18 1901 OR FEB 1 1878.
I got a close up shot and it is clearly 78.
Any opinions on this one?
cool relic!
