Got me Nervous :tongue3: Hopefully they are talking about security detectors.

I used to be able to stop in the office, say I wanna detect the football field,
and they would radio Maintenance to go unlock the gate For Me.
Or just ask when ever Maintenance was already on site.

The Williams Valley school board Thursday gave the nod for a new district policy on use of metal detectors.

The board approved the second reading of the new metal detector policy and its subsequent approval. The district notifies the Pennsylvania School Boards Association that the second reading of the policy was approved and when that vote was taken. The district needs to hear back from the PSBA before details of the new policy, “Policy 226.2-Use of Metal Detectors at School Facilities,” are posted publicly on the district’s website.

I searched Google and got a hit from a news blurb (stored in cache) on Williams Valley School WebSite dated: February 19th (which is REPLACED each day since with current news)...

"...Feb 19, 2018 ... All safety precautions already in place will be followed and we will be implementing the use of handheld metal detectors in the near future. An Emergency Operations Plan as well as a Crisis Intervention Plan are in place for the Williams Valley School District to respond to any emergency. Updates will..."

Sure sounds like security type detectors!
