Nice finds!!!!
Some day I will hunt over there...save some for me....

Very nice find, appears to have been bent into a love token! HH, Mike

Awsome finds! Even in the coins condition, it's still better the one most of us have!!! I would be hitting that spot again for sure.

Yeah - I'm hoping to get back hitting the same spot in a few days time - got the farmer's name for the owner of the adjacent fields too so hopefully I can extend that area.

Definately a Love Token. The most popular coin used was a William III Sixpence.

The Livery has more than the normal coating, I like finding these

Your improving all the time, soon your posted your first hammered & roman coin.

Nice love token David .....just a bit of info on it, the giver bent it one way, and if the reciever excepted the courtship, he or she bent it the outher way, good find

Some great finds David. Thanks for sharing them with us.

I also must tell you that I am very impressed with your music work.

Thanks Mister! But since I've started Metal Detecting I've found I'd rather be out in the field than in the studio - Its addictive isn't it - a pleasant, relaxing addiction but I'm well and truly hooked!
