I have situation like this across the road from me. Ole dude passed back in the 90s.
Gave his nephew the land and house. Nephew found $40k in a wall. !e and nephew hit it off fast and hard when I moved up here. He(70s) me 40s covered in ink. Never thought this old dude would except me. He did! They had much love for me and the o!e lady very fast. Like we had been friends in a past life. Well he told me this story as he was the one who found the cash.
Just him and his woman know about it. They didn't search for anything else since this was such a big find they figured it had to be all. I don't think that way! Well I watched my friend die in front of me a couple of years ago. Was pretty damn sad and hardcore way to go out.
Needless to say I didn't get to talk to him much about this find of his. But I do know my friend was well off and didn't need this extra cash. Probably why they didn't look any farther. Well the house still stands, plumbing,wall coverings, most the floor............mmm where do I start🤘
