Wifes patch??

My wife and i were out mding and she found this patch where an old house was torn down for a new freeway.I dont know if its new or old but i cant find it any where on the net.

It has a very vague resemblence to the United Nations patch however I think I'm too far out in left field. Seeing the world wrapped in an olive branch with the crosses in the crown made me think somewhat religious but the "structure" is throwing me.
So in other words,

Lee's and Levi's sew a patch on their jean's back pocket. This company could also.

That's true but this looks like it would be used on a uniform of some type or maybe even a baseball cap.

Did this company make ball caps?
