I went out detectin a bit this morning my wife told me to be home by noon of course I got home by 1:00 only an hour late. I had good reason I was in the process of getting permission to hunt 3 old sites owned by the same man. I got permission WOOHOO ! Anyhow when I got home she had the car packed and said change you shoes and brush your teeth I've got you packed and were going for a 3-Day weekend. Slowly the details unfolded, she has rooms booked at a hotel and a tour setup of not 1 but 2 CW era historic sites ie The battle of Franklin TN, WOW is all I can think I love her sooooo much. I've included links to these places so you folks could get a taste of what I have in store this weekend, well the tour part of it anyways. Not to mention the chapange and chocolate covered strawberries that were delivered to our room shortly after we arrived. :o :o :o Detectin will have to wait till I get back. Signing off now...Gee I always wanted to say that. LOL

And you are still showing online...LOL...Have a great weekend....

Went to see the Carnton and the Carver House today WOW would I love to have a metal detector there. LOL The Carver house and the surrounding buildings on the property have Over 1000 original bullet holes and One hole in the house from a cannonball. Earthworks (trenches) still exist there. In the Carnton plantation house you can still see the blood in the wood floor boards, talk about an eary feeling, gives you chills. I am setting in the Hotel room tonight on my laptop, just can't miss a day from T-Net

John...you are just totally addicted...lol Glad yall are having a great time.
