Wierd rock shape

Hey guys
I was down looking through the dredging for sharks teeth when this was looking up at me in about 8" of water. Looking for input on what everyone thinks. Made by the ocean or man made years ago. The other side is flat.

Thanks for the input everyone. It's not iron as a magnet will not stick to it. Here's a couple more pictures.

Looks like conglomerate. Cut into it and see if it's iron as in meteorite.
