Look for the small towns outside of Milwaukee with parks. If it were me I would get at least 30 miles out. I was just down there a couple of weekends ago and was traveling between Wauwatosa and Whitewater for two days driving through all those old small towns with parks and just drooling at the possibilities. If I had time to detect I would have.
