"Whot uh Lot uh Litul Botls"

Hello All. Dug the site again that I think I'm gonna now refer to as "The Bottle Site" and it did not disappoint. I have recovered somewhere around (150) bottles now and there is still more to dig.

Most of the bottles are junkers from the 1920's to 1950's but I am having great fun finding them.

This time I scored everything from bottles for pig feet to ammonia, cosmetics, whiskey, hand lotion, soda, medicine, and perfume, plus many that are unidentifiable.
What is amazing is there are very few broken ones.

Gonna go back in a few days for more...yes I am addicted and yes my wife is still freaking out about where to put them. HH. C9

My parents went through a "bottle collecting" phase many years ago. I remember going out to some dump sites with them. Unfortunately, I think that they found more poison ivy than they did bottles.

I found a bottle dump from the 30s to 50s, about 10 years ago...ended up with 5 big boxes of bottles, sold them all to a guy in Naples, my wife was thrilled that they were gone.

Very nice bottle finds!

My wife says the same thing about "where are we going to put them"? I tell her "in the basement", but sneak them up little by little into the main living quarters.
