I found this pin . it is 1 1/2" long and 1" wide , it is silver plated and seems to have had a pin on the back at one time. Please help ID the woman Thank You for your help Grizzly from PA

There were a lot of Gibson girls, but Evelyn Nesbit was THE Gibson girl. Search her name, it's makes very interesting reading. According to many, she was America's first superstar. A favorite model of Alphonse Mucha.

Its a over whelming suggestion that its Evelyn Nesbit. Being the one on here that knows the least about this figure I do feel as though this might be what it is. I googled her and really apreciate the knowledge that I can always count on here on these forums. This is what I found when googled her name. Her mother originally intended, and instead lived off the earnings Evelyn made, first as a model for painters and sculptors, and then in the more lucrative field of posing for photographers, magazine illustrators, and advertising. Thank you so much , I'm going to have a pin set on the back again as the original had and my girl is going to have a very attractive piece that by the way she loves. Miss Evelyn Nesbit will be reserected and worn again. : ) much apreciation again
