Me, of course. A beautiful creek in Barry County, Missouri, not far from the Battle of Pea Ridge. It is said that both the Yanks and Johnny Reb camped along its banks. This stretch of creek has been hit hard for many years by very competent detectorists, but still produces the goods! My meager collection of lead and silver for the day. The Mercury dime is a well-worn 1918, and a nice .69 caliber Minnie, an about .65 Caliber round ball, a teardrop shaped pistol round (someone ID it for me, please?) with teeth marks on it. Thanks for looking! Sub 8-)

Did you find those items in the creek itself or along the creek banks?

These were in the water. I used the ATMax with a little NEL snake coil, which is alot easier to maneuver in running water. Creek water was 6" to 3' deep. Cheers, Sub 8-)

Awesome finds!! Thanks for sharing!!

Nice finds Sub. I'd take some Civil War lead any day, and the Merc is a nice bonus.

Creeks can be GREAT spots for unusual finds! Congrats!
