Ok ; Enough is enough. I I was setting up a new scanner, but ran into a problem , no disc. so I went ahead and installed the ink cartriges and waited for my smart daughter to help out. the next day when she looked at the machine ,she asked where the ink was? They were gone!!! and I didn't do it. then my flashlight went with them last night. ??????????????? Am I being spooked????????? Bob

:D :coffee2: :tongue3:  LOL.. lb, it CAN be frustrating. What you have, is a POLTERGEIST (Ger-
man for "PLAYFUL GHOST", I think). They are usually "harmless, yet VERY annoying; when it happens to my wife & I, I usually tell her the GNOMES are getting restless, and wanna play... HA! ;D :D "Google" http://en.
wikipedia.org/Poltergeist :D . MAY also be relatives, like a father & uncle... who were "practical jokers",
and "passed on"... they CAN still do stuff like that. My dad & uncle were best friends & practical jokers; "SOMEONE" pulled on my big toe at my mom's house, one night; I think it was my uncle G; GOTTA ask my cousin if he use to do that to her, when SHE was younger. I have ALSO heard murmuring in the room I sleep in at my mom's, when I visit her (was my dad's room, too...). He has "guided" me in fixing up the old
homeplace, to make it MORE comfortable for my mom... so they CAN still be participating in "our life". If... you get TOO annoyed... just "spray" the room, with yer TV remote control (with FRESH batteries). "GHOSTS" are electro-magnetic beings (like us); a "small electric charge" will USUALLY "clean 'em out"... why ghosts can not cross a "running stream/creek"; a small electrical "charge" can be induced. TRY the remote... ;D

So funny, I'm going to use your excuse for now on. Should work on the wife for awhile. Hope your stuff shows up before you go and get new ink.

;D MY experience with the Gnomes (11 0f 'em) :o, is they like to play a form of "hide & seek"... adult-style.
Gnomes have a mentality of pre-school kids... they like to PLAY... HIDE & GO SEEK. HA! SOMETIMES, other "spirits" wiil replace the "lost objects", in their PREVIOUS/CORRECT place, like parents of mischievous
children. OTHERWISE, you are just having a "SENIOR MOMENT"... of forgetfulness. DUNNO. ???

Ha !!!! Caught the little buggers and have my ink back with apologies!!! were sneaky not smart, tried to eat them. Bob

ok more ink problems, but my masonic ring dissappeared, like poof. found it three years later in a ball of dust bunnies under a bed. now its gone again, poof . Yes I have looked in the same place and just about every place else in the hous, because thats where it left from.Anyone have any real good ideas this time. Bob

:coffee2: :icon_thumleft: ;D YO, Bro! (32nd here...); The "little buggers" like dark places like closets; check the floor of a closet or two. THEN, if ya ain't gonna wear "the ring", put it in a jewelry box or something. That is where I keep my BL, SR, Shrine rings; wear 'em ONLY in "stated" or "called". :coffee2: :coffee2: Coffee? ;D

I took my rings off ,to soak my poor old hands in hot wax, no it is not in the wax heater. Have even looked in the dust bunnies and the nearby chair and cold air return. and I didnt sell it for gold. so I am wearing my past masters ring now. Bob
