Who knows the scoop on the Fisher CZ6?

Hey everyone,

I found a CZ6 for sale in my local classified adds. Can't seem to find any info on it? What's the scoop on this model? Has anyone out there had any experience with it? Are they good? bad? ok? any and all info will help me out a great deal!

It is the same as the CZ-5, with the exception it was the first "splashproof" CZ, it has no speaker mounted in it so it's headphones only. External speaker options as an aftermarket add on were made available also. Like hte CZ-5, it's an analog dial and meter machine and of course utilizes all the same coil options as other CZ models. Was it a good deal?

He has it for sale at $350 and says it works perfectly. Is that a deal for it?

I'm thinking it's the most under-rated among most CZ users only because it's missing the speaker, and sometimes you might want to go w/o headphones. If it were between a CZ5 and CZ6 at that price, I'd take the CZ5 but they're both worth the money in my book. In fact if any of the newer folks around here looking for a good detector in the 200 dollar range considered sticking with detecting for very long then for an extra 150 bucks they could get a truly top line, high end machine.
