spent the day cleaning my white's a battery leaked{i think because of the heat in my car) so watch out for your metal detcetor it hates the heat too mike in atlanta

Oh yeah, Whites has got the BEST service! I'm lucky to only live about 45 miles away from Whites in Sweet Home Oregon . . . . . . I just took a drive there last Friday for them to look at my detector (XLT) . . . . I recently bought a used 3.5 inch coil off of eBay . . . . . as soon as I received it in the mail I had to try it out so I took it to a spot I've detected a lot, but one area has high trash . . . . this little coil did the trick! The first coin I dug using the 3.5 inch coil was a 1946 Wheat cent, then a 1964 Silver Dime! I still dug plenty of trash, but was able to pick through the just pretty good! . . . . . then a few days after using it for three or four hours the 3.5 inch coil wouldn't work anymore . . . . . . I took it to the guys at Whites and they fixed it in about 15 or 20 minutes at NO CHARGE to me ~ ~ I was expecting to have to pay something , but they said it was an easy fix ~ no worries! Super nice guys there at Whites, especially the guy named Todd, he was very helpful.

Yeah...I've talked to Todd a couple of times...he swapped out a bad coil (no charge, no hassle) for me and answered some questions another time.
