Whites TDI Pro question

I justed picked up a whites TDI Pro that I plan to use for nugget shooting in Arizona, I couldn't pass it up for the price but I am having a really hard time getting used to this thing. I could use some pointers and if anybody knows how to properly ground balance this thing I would be truly grateful for a how to.

I know you are in a known gold area but I am in the Oracle area if you ever want to come this way would be happy to hunt with you Oracle is by Tucson north of, Oracle is also known for Gold and Silver and has a ton of history here
