White's beach pi pick up silver in pvc at 2.5 to 3 feet?
Will a beach pi from White's pick up a 6" diameter pvc sleeve, with a softball sized bag of silver quarters, at 2.5 to 3 feet, if it is buried upright? Searched for a 'maybe still there' cashe with mine a while back and no go, although lots of shallower hatchet heads and like-sized items on an old homestead. I covered the right area with a grid, it was only 30' square or so. It may be shallower, but I think this is at arm's length down. Again, it is 'probably' there, but the informing party is 20% unsure. Doesn't it always work that way
? Not enough dough there to dig with a bobcat, and the pseudo-'yard' can't be allowed to be that disturbed anyway.
