When I lived in California I saw those white turkey down along the American River. I also saw rabbits that were wild grey haired cottontail's on the back half and black and white spotted on the front part of the rabbit. Clearly domestic animals interact with wild animals. Some of the wild dogs along the river were some of the goofiest looking muts I've ever seen. They maybe were mixing with coyotes or others from the same litter.
