✅ SOLVED White glass found in old dump

what might this be? It's small. My brother thinks it's an eye washer. I don't think so but you guys might know. It has patent dates on the bottom it says "PATD, NOV.23.75, SEPT.12.76,NOV.30.80 JULY.20.1886"
