Went out to the park for a 3 hour hunt .. Wasn't finding much but the usual wheats and clad.. As I neared the tree on the side of the horseshoe pits I hit the (keychain or fob?) at 8"... Seagram's 80 years of leadership not a big deal until I realized 1857+80=1937...Cool !!! Then a high tone hit a couple feet away from the tree.. A Indian, always like finding them.. By the time I made it half way around the tree there were 4 in my bottle.. Most were at about 5-6" one was deeper than my pinpointer so 8 1/2" As I dug the forth Indian I sat the Etrac down and it sang out high as the coil laid against the base of the trunk.. Well 3" down between two roots was this Barber.. Lots of fun for the 10 minutes spent !!

Keeping us drooling Ray!
Great finds!

That's a great area you have there, nice coins!

Have you hunted the haunted house down there yet?

Great hunt, man I wish I could find a site like that!!! :notworthy:

Thanks all, I just got lucky is all.. The parks have been hunted hard but once in a while I stumble across a good area.. As for the haunted house or Roth house the person that owns it is only in it for profit and won't let anyone detect the property "period" is what he said.. Rather rude....

Great looking finds cosmic!! Always sweet to see goodies still coming out of hunted out parks. Pulling clad and pulltabs in parks pays us off now and then.
