BB and I snuck out today for a few hours to an old farm house. We just knew we were going to find an older coin or two but no such luck. I did find a token though.

I have found some other tokens but none that were that old. I am not sure how old this one is but it was seven inches down (measured) and is really cool. I am going to try and research it when I get a chance.

I called Minelab today. They are going to fine tune my Explorer so that it will find more zipper pulls. So when I get it back watch out!!! I will find them ALL!

Cool token! Pre prohibition, Rye was the American whiskey of choice, post Bourbon (nasty) took over and RYE is almost a forgotten spirit. I say that while siping on a nice Rye.

P.S. An authentic Manhattan should be made with Rye, not Bourbon.

We have been gone from home since Thursday man. Caldwell doesn't have cell phone service, our hotel room phone didn't work the pay phone was dead and the string and cup we strung back to SE Mo didn't seem to work either.!!!

I can't post about the CTH today but I AM going to tomorrow.
