Which Whites to buy?

I want to get back into relic hunting after an 11 year break. I started out with a Nautilas until a Whites Spectrum blew me away in a union camp one day and I quickly switched. After many years with my Spectrum it was stolen during a move. Now I have the time to start hunting again. As far as relic hunting (fields, woods and old house sites especially) opinions needed on which Whites....the Spectra or DFX 300? Thank you for any input.

I would go with the dfx and put the the mxt max loop on it, only of the all metal non motion mode the dfx has. and correct me if I'm wrong on the all metal non motion. I think that combo would be a killer for deep relics in the field.that's what I would do, or go the rout with an used xlt and put a 1500 maximum that combo would be a killer all so...

Thanks to evryone for your input. I ended up buying a MXT Pro with a Spectra D2 head. Reason.....we have very minerlized soil in this area, this is the combo that should go the deepest.
