Where/what is this pin from?

I have this pin and I was wondering more about it after seeing a sticker that was the same as this, only with blue in place of the green. I assume it was from the Cleveland, Ohio area.

I can't find any info on it. I am guessing it has something to do with Northeast Ohio though.
