Where to find bullet info?

Is there any good websites to get info. about bullets such as the date they were manufactured? I seem to remember a post once about this but I can't find it, I'm hoping for a bullet search engine of sorts.

You can also photograph the item and post it here! For cartridges, try to show the headstamp ( "base" of the cartridge) and overall view. For bullets, weight in grains and diameter (to .001", measure with a micrometer) are very useful, as well as solid lead vs. copper jacketed.

An old style doesn't necessarily mean an old bullet, as many old styles are still in use, not to mention historical reenactors.
