where to buy gold pans in wisconsin

Looks like our gold panning weekend is going to be a little bigger than I thought, so I was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy a few more pans here in WI, I know I can order them on the internet but I like to hold them in my hands before buying, I have a few Garrett pans and like them a lot but would like to try a few different ones as well.

I wouldn't have any idea, I have had to buy mine on the net the last few years. Most of the places in the gold areas here went out of business.

Cabellas sell several different brands of gold pan including the Garrett. It appears there are 4 Cabellas stores in Wisconsin.

Maybe Sportsman’s Warehouse. The ones here in CO have them. Also the Murdock’s here have pans.

Hobby Town may have them. The Oshkosh store has Garrett classifiers in stock for the detector boys.

Thanks guys. Capt Nemo I will check Hobby Town as it is on my way up north this week, I know the store in GB does not carry them.

The GB store had a White's pan kit in stock before they moved their location in the mall. Haven't been in the new location, so can't tell.

I called HT in Oshkosh and they do not have them. I placed an order on the net and will have them by Friday.

Try contacting a gold club close to you. they usually carry a stock pile of that kind of equipment. Google gpaa close to you for contact info.
