north of queen valley...east of elephant butte..its a miserable road..don't try it in a nice vehicle..it wont be nice by the time you get to the other end

I attempted that road a few years back in a Dodge 4X4, I had to turn around.

we drove it in a nissan xterra..we made it through but one place in the road was so narrow we scraped the other side of the truck up on the cliff side...on the other side one wheel was barely on the road...never again
