Hey guys, I was told that my great great uncle an archeologist dug this up somewhere in South or Central America. He also worked in Egypt, but I don't think it looks like it's from there; except for the fact it stands like the Sphynx. It's made of clay not gold but it's cool. Just a couple inches tall, and can fit in the palm of your hand. Can someone please give me an ID for this? Your help is much appreciated!!

Welcome aboard from the great state of Pennsylvania! A picture would help a bunch...

Sorry I'm disappointed too.

Kept getting an error message saying upload failed. I'm asking administrators for help. I followed the directions to a tee..

Understood and looking forward to seeing the picture.

Hello and welcome aboard!

How are you uploading? You can try to upload to Photobucket and then pasting the IMG link in your post...good luck!

Welcome!

Thanks everyone for your advice. Administrator asked me to send the attachment through email for analysis. Still waiting for a response. Don't really want to go with Photobucket or others just yet, but thanks all for your warm welcome. Later.

Welcome !

my suggestion if you have the pic saved in your computer,

Open in paint, choose save as JPEG or GIF

if already in one of those formats right click & check properties.
make sure size is under 900 KB

My guess it is not size though

if your not busy do it now right click pic.
choose Properties ?
tell us Type of file & size listed

if you can get it online it would be easier to
adjust if necessary

Just opened a new thread explaining that the website had technical issues(check it out). Anyway here it is again. I'll send more pictures later I guess.

interesting don't forget good clear pics of the back and especially the bottom.

the bottom may give hints on how it was made

whether hand formed or mold.

The Back

Here is the back. You are right about the bottom; as my thumb almost fits perfectly. It seems to me the maker pushed their thumb into it as they were making it. I'll send that out tomorrow. Thanks Jeff of Pa

Its bottom

Here is the bottom, where my thumb can fit. I know it's a little hard to tell in 2D.
