Where do you sell your coins for the silver value?

have 200 ike dollars. Where do I sell for the silver content? It should be around 6 or so dollars worth a coin. Is that close to what they can be sold for?

What year and mint mark do you have? Most Ikes are not silver.

Coin store, pawn shop, maybe Ebay. Look in the want ads for people buying silver.

they are mostly 71 and 76 with no mint mark. Coininflation.com lists 71 -76 as 40% silver. Is that correct?

No they are nickel clad unless they are S mintmark.

Not all S are silver in those years. Nickel / clad S mintmarks were made in 1973, 1974 and 1976 (BiCen).

Your coins are clad. They might sell for 1.25-1.75 a piece on eBay, depending on how lucky you get :P

If you are lucky you might get a coin dealer to buy them for $1.10. You can look to see if you have any peg legs they would go for four or five dollars.
