oh no!

Cal - when you downloaded the 3.2 software prior to 4.0 - it might still be on your hard drive (unless you manually deleted it)

You might want to check your "downloads" folder and see if its still in there.

I don't remember if installing the V4 software automatically deletes the previous .exe file or not... but its worth a look. (I would check on mine but im at work, working hard as you can tell)

If not - maybe someone here on Tnet who has not upgraded to V4 yet could email Cal the downloaded 3.2 .exe file?

Calabash,
If you had asked me that question 50 years ago, I would have answered: "At any bar in town." Why? because '3.2' alcoholic percentage beer (then called 'light beer')was the only beer anyone under 21 was allowed to drink --once they reached the age of 18.
Thanks for the memory,
Don....

When you loaded the v4 program, it still has3.2 on it. When it asks what version you want to load, it has a drop down to click on for the choices. Mine still gives the 2.0 option also.

You should be able to open the update application (already on your computer) and click where it says v.4. This should result in a drop down menu (as bleeohio said) where you can select v3.2 or v.2.

Where was that Don? Here in NY we never had the 3.2 beer. When I went to college at OU (Okla) in 1965 all us northeasterners were dismayed with the weak beer. Solution? Get a keg of 3.2, pour out a gallon before pressurizing the keg, and add a gallon of 190 proof Everclear. Those poor southwestern kids who were used to the 3.2 beer never knew what hit them!! We were able to get a good beer buzz without having to drink twice as much volume as we were used to.

I feel bad for all you Deus guys, and am sooo glad I didn't spring for one recently. Hopefully Deus will get their stuff together and you all will be back on line with a reliable machine soon. Guess my trusty Minelab will do me well for a while longer.

We all appreciate it ![emoji4] Now hopefully no one else buys one either, the less out there the better for me!

yeah please don't buy one you want like it. :laughing7:

Take it from me, it is a total disappointment, do not waste your time with it. If you find yourself even thinking about picking one UP, just do the ice bucket challenge on yourself to snap out of it. The other problem with the Deus is that you have to swing it so fast that your shoulder socket wears out because of the recovery speed, that will never happen with your minelab. Yes, Deus is def hazardous to your health in addition to being inferior. It doesn't even make a good paper weight or boat anchor because its so light weight. Total, unmitigated French disaster, IMO. Besides, Minelab wouldn't be taking XP to court if they thought XP had a good product, so there's your proof right there.

What is.......Ben Rothlisberger?

Answer to Gunsil asking Don where it was that only 3.2 beer was allowed for those between 18 and 21 (see posts #5 and #8) except that he directed it at you insted of Gunsil for some reason (maybe because you quoted Gunsil's post in your post, who knows :dontknow:). i'm in Captain Obvious mode tonight.
