Where can I get exact cut-off points of detecting South Brevard County Florida?

Hi Everyone, I could not think of anywhere else to ask this question so I was hoping of getting an idea of where I can learn this.
I like to detect for modern lost jewelry in the shallows of beaches but I have the unfortunate luck of living near South Brevard County, Florida. Water North of Satellite Beach is seldom clear enough.

I assume from what I can piece together that somewhere North of Bonesteel Park (North of Sebastian) is the Northern most lease site but I have no way of being sure and don't want to break any laws.
Wouldn't there be a GPS coordinates available of exactly where the Northern border of where we can detect in water and the Southern one as well? (I assume somewhere South of Orchid Island).

But is there an active lease site with coordinates we can see? Has there been lease sites that go unrenewed? I assume there are zero areas between Bonsteel and parts of Vero we can detect water near the beach but what if there is a lease site further North than I realize?
How does the Disney Resort not have tons of tourist looking for jewelry in the shallows? (Lots of cruise ship passengers take there detectors with them to look for jewelry so I wonder if a lot of Disney guests get arrested?)

Thanks for any info.

Thanks but I'm not sure if this is the information I need. The maps are old, is there no increase in lease sites overtime? For example, this map makes it look like the only lease sites where we can't detect in the water (I understand there is state law that you can't take any historical treasure from any waters without turning it in) is inside a the few dotted lines. Is there really no lease site directly in front of where Chucks Steak House was? I find that hard to believe. But if this map is still correct, then we technically can detect the waters for modern jewelry inside the red boxes I created, correct? ( I understand there is state laws that say you can't keep historical items without turning it in, especially if in a state park).

I don't want to get in trouble looking for modern jewelry in the waters so I was hoping to see a more currently made map of the exact cut off points of all the lease sites.
