First time trying to post a picture, so don't know. I've found a number of military insignia's and military buttons in the past. This one I just found puzzles me, it's two insignia's but 'one piece'. Anyone know? Based on what the eagles talons are clutching, it must be war time.

So much rain around here the ground stays saturated and puddled or it's too cold and windy for this old man to get out and play. But I've not been totally disappointed. Unfortunately, there's no really old, old sites around here like where I migrated from.

Ah that makes sense and looks like it! I was in the military from 1970 - 1990 so I know it has to be well prior to that. What do you suppose, WW II era? Thanks.

Hi nice finds. Congrats:icon_thumright:

You did good. It stopped raining today so I went and slopped around in the mud. Wettest year ever for Maryland, as least in recorded history. My lawn, when it freezes will make an excellent ice skating rink.

Nice finds, congratulations! :occasion14:

it,appears Osburn park has been good for you lately.

Same old story with hunted out parks. Have to listen carefully for those high one way squeaks masked with trash and dig, dig, dig. Oh how I wish I knew about this hobby back in the early 70's!

I agree with Dennis, WW11. Might be 1.Congrats.

Great cuff links and silver Thanks for sharing your finds
