When do banks order money?

My bank orders every Monday I was wondering if this is common practice or should I be able to find other banks that order on different days. So as to keep a fresh cycle through the week.

The one I'm using right now orders on Monday and receives on Thursday.

The branch I use the most orders Monday and gets the shipment Tuesday...really quick I think!

I get boxes from three branches.....one orders Friday with a Thursday delivery. The other two order on Wednesday for a Monday delivery. It has been working pretty good lately.
