Howdy all! This was found in Oak Creek Colorado in a old yard. It kinda looks like it's off a toy? It appears stamped due to the folded metal on the hearts on one side.

I remember these from the county fair when I was a kid. They were given as prizes for some of the games. They were mounted on a round disk with words that would show up when the disk was spun, and had a chain. Tony
