Wheaties and almost my first gold ring

Finally the snow is gone and the ground is unfrozen! I got out the ATP and put on my new 8x5 and headed out to give a run. I tried an area that I had hunted before that was pretty iron infested. I must say I like this little coil. I found a 1943 wheatie right from the start about 6 inches down and then the ring. I took the pics with my phone. It turn out it's gold plated. (Maybe the ruby will be real.) Hunted for around 4 hours and found 4 more Wheaties and some clad. Really like this small coil, Enjoy HH!
