First rule of thumb on Ebay, don't buy anything like that from someone who has such a low feedback score just my experience.

Not 100% about it, but if you look at the sellers feedback I think he bought this item on Ebay
for about $615.00 not to long ago. I don't know if he is reselling the item he bought on Ebay, or selling a different one. I would ask him about it before I would bid, because the original auction says there was a problem with the pressure gauge. Just my 2 cents.
