What's Your Favourite Gold Coin??

Like to know the particular type of gold coin that different people have a soft spot for.
The one that would have to be my all time favourite, is the $10 gold Indian/Eagle that you guys have over there in the States. Even though I'm an Aussie and we have some different varieties the American eagle would have to be my fav.
Yet to get my hands on one though

My favorite one would be one found under my detecting coil!!!!!

Otherwise the gold "Indian Head" would be it. They look great.

Lets see.....as I gaze across my hidden cave of gold and silver.....decisions .. ..decisions.....So many are really my favorite.....gosh this is hard.....Guess I will just lock them back up and go find some more......

I like British sovereigns. A few years ago I bought one each for the birthyears of myself (1965), my Dad (1930), my grandfather (1908) and my great-grandmother (1885). They're cool because those dates show four different monarchs. And I like the term "sovereign," it's so regal sounding!
