whats this?

That old chimney wouldn't be at the old town of Keystone would it? I found one just like it last summer but too much brush and trash to hunt around very well.De Javous (sp?) all over again. No idea on the other object. Monty

Chimney and barrel hoop. Usually when a barrel is made the metal is pounded flat around the barrel while it's still hot ( metal). Is that flat or round?

Hmmm...could be many things. I'm out of ideas. But I'm sure someone here can help you out eventually. Everyone likes the "what is it" section and peeks in once in awhile to see if they can solve the mystery. Good luck.

Looks like one of the middle rings of a nail keg. The ones more towards the center are round as opposed to the flat bands on each end.
