It looks like an Egyptian "Eye of Horus" pendant of some sort.

It's just an inexpensive Egyptian-like pendant.. Prob. 1970-90's.
Here's mine.. Yours is in much better shape for white metal. Mine is def. NOT silver. And still, better than a flip-top!
It is eye of Horus, meant for good fortune.
