Whatisit at RV park

I found it this AM and was telling about it in my other post, I decided to have another look at it and clean it up. It is the size of a golf ball, heavy for it's size, purple top with holes in it and round lumps, bottom is grey with slots and 2 yellow elastic type straps 4" long coming off each side.
Well I found out what it is. On the bottom its maker is Wild Planet toys so I went to that web site and found out it is a dive toy (I knew I didn't want to get hit up beside the head with it). Anyway so my mystery is solved.
